I ordered the layered khachapuri, and was surprised to hear after paying that it would take about 20 minutes to prepare. Since I was short on time, I asked to cancel, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. Shortly after, they handed me something that seemed prepared earlier and was already cold. I would have preferred a proper explanation before payment, as I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known. Hopefully, the staff can communicate preparation times more clearly to avoid misunderstandings in the future. I still tried the pie at home, but it was underbaked — the layers hadn’t formed properly and the dough was still raw inside. The taste wasn’t good at all, either.
